Bless them, they have gluten free buns and they know how to serve them. A delicious mushroom-swiss burger on a *steamed * GF bun.
I've been GF 10 years now -it's hard not to be resentful when your friends are enjoying juicy burger heaven while you're stuck bun-less, or with some soggy wreck of a lettuce wrap.
It was a relief, a surprise - a delight. Points off for old/cold fries (it was Sunday, it was an hour to closing), also the bar was good and service was great, so I'm happy to recommend Phyre to anyone, including those with the World's Most Boring dietary disability.
