Went to Pinsa tonight (formerly Acqua E Farina), met Luca’s co-owner Vince. Vince took the time to explain their new dough recipe (less gluten) for their pizza and sandwiches. We ordered our usual blueberry pizza and the new Milano sandwich; the new dough recipe was fluffier and yet, still crispy. Both the pizza and sandwich were very good. The atmosphere and decor changed very little, so casual and inviting. Fortini was there, chatting away with customers.
If you’ve never tried Acqua E Farina, try Pinsa and you won’t be disappointed. If you loved Acqua E Farina, you’ll love Pinsa!!!
