Daniel gave us great suggestions and the food was amazing. One of the best gluten free pizzas we’ve had!

The waiters don't know about gluten free food. They say that the pasta has cross contamination because they boil it in the same water as pasta with gluten. Several times I had to get up and leave for that reason. Once I had the opportunity to talk to the manager and she explained to me that this is not the case, that they boil it in the morning in new water so that it does not have cross contamination. Every time I come they suggest I leave saying that if I have celiac disease I can't eat. I always end up explaining to them that they boil it in the morning and ask them to confirm. It is very difficult to trust and be able to order if no one knows what the procedures are like. Today I went to dinner and they told me I could only choose tomato sauce or oil. In addition to the fact that gluten-free pasta costs more, the sauces are simpler than those you find at home. To pay for that I decided to leave because I was sure I ate better at home. I appreciate that they boil pasta safely, but they lack 1- inform the waiters 2- add more sauces because tomato or oil is practically a joke for what they charge. 3-ensure stock of gluten-free pasta or at least have a telephone number that you can call and consult before going. Because two years ago I tried to ask on the phone before going, they didn't answer, I went there especially and they didn't have any left. I don't plan to go again because every time I go it is an enigma. There are times when they don't have gluten-free pasta left, other times they have left but they tell me it has cross contamination, other times they tell me I practically can't make any sauce. I won't go again unless they standardize and improve the gluten-free stuff. If you do, let me know and I'll see if I can give you another chance.
