The food is awesome and they even have gluten free options, however every time I order from here something goes wrong with my order, every single time. I feel like things can be improved as far as organization and communication. I just ordered one sandwich for close to 20 dollars. The store told me that it would be ready at 307 and that if it was ready sooner, they would text me. I did not receive a text so I waited till 307. I went inside and my sandwich was in a bag sitting there and I said to the employee - “this was ready for how long?” And he said 15 minutes. So I said, “Why didn’t you text me” and he said “Oh I forgot” meanwhile, there was nobody in the store. It was completely dead, and my bag is sitting there and there’s another employee in the restaurant as well, doing nothing.
Needless to say, my sandwich was ice cold. And not only that, I’m on lunch break since I work up the street, so time is of the essence in this case.
I’ve also dealt with getting the wrong item, missing item. Would just love if one time, everything comes out right.
Their food is really good though and that’s the only reason I would come back but I am hoping that they work on management and customer service aspect.
I would suggest trying them though since food is good.
