Pizza Hut

I called today, 5/24/23 around 3pm to inquire about an egg allergy in the pizza dough. The person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me about "gluten free" products. When I clarified my question was for egg, they were rude and hostile and told me they couldn't tell me about anything besides gluten free. I asked if there was a manager that could assist me, and the person on the phone told me that they were the manager. I then asked for their name and was scoffed at and hung up on. I feel as though not only was this an unnecessary response to my inquiry, but a violation of the ADA Food Code and rights of people with food allergies. I'm not sure if the person was being truthful about being the manager, but training and knowledge is lacking at this location and it seems the safety of their customers is not a priority.

I always get my pizza from pizza hut. If you sign up for their "huts" program you will get regular offers for discounts and accumulate "points" which can be exchanged for free breadsticks and/or pizzas. One problem is the wait. If you order delivery to your house, it usually takes 35-60 minutes. If you carry out, however, it usually only takes 10-15 minutes. The carry out option is very simple as you can pay in store or online and go in and out in 2 minutes. Eating inside the restaurant isn't very common, but you can order a pizza and they'll bring it to your table. The pricing of the pizzas isn't that bad. A medium pizza usually costs about $9 and a large is about $12. However, each topping you add eventually adds up. For example, if I were to buy a medium pizza with two toppings it would come out to $14. They do offer vegan options as well as gluten free options.
