We had lunch at Emmi's Kitchen for the second time today. When we come to Augsburg, this address is a must for us. The restaurant is a mix between hipster flair and classic cosiness. It is well located in the city and can be reached on foot from the pedestrian street.
The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially patient when dealing with children.
In my experience, the food sets new standards in terms of the current 'new trends'. I had the Immunity Bowl, which is labeled gluten free. I really like this type of bowl and found that it contains all the flavor components that such a dish should have. My wife liked the spinach and cheese spaetzle, which is no disadvantage compared to the original, even for non-vegans.
I think the price is reasonable.
From my two experiences I can say that this restaurant is recommended.
Due to the age of the building, the toilet facilities are past their best, which I find a bit of a shame for such a place.
