Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Pretty impressed. Stopped in for lunch after checking out of Our hotel in Hershey. They apparently have a gluten free fryer. Wife got a burger & fries she loved. I got a Cobb salad, & the kiddo got a burger. Food was pretty good. The atmosphere was nice, there was a good amount of people there, & a bunch of families too. Walking in the hostess was pleasant when she greeted you + they had balloons for the kiddos. The parking lot looked like a mess. Kind of sketchy looking. Overall the experience in the restaurant was nice. Recommend if you're in the area.

Ordered a salad and specifically told them no croutons due to celiac disease. When they brought the salad out it had croutons on it. I immediately left and refused to pay for the meal. Cannot believe they were rude enough to pull that. So much for letting your server know of any dietary restrictions.

My daughter has Celiacs Disease and it has been very hard while visiting to find her food. The manager tonight Mr. Mathew made sure her food was done correctly, answered all questions & server Ms. Tracy was amazing, they both took all precautions and calmed this momma nerves. We had the best experience, and my daughter said it was the best food ever. We will defently be going back while we are here. Thank y'all so much for making her night and mine also.
