Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food and service is always great at Red Robin! It's a great family restaurant due to all of the options. I had the grilled chicken salad which they easily accommodated to fit my allergies. Red Robin is my husband's favorite place. He has Celiac and can eat the endless fries because they have a dedicated fryer, they have a good gluten free bun, and he loves the speckled lemonade. The only reason for 4 stars is the smell when you come for lunch. They seat you in the bar and it smells like dirty dish rags. The last Red Robin where we ate smelled the same. It's offputing when you first enter. I have a great nose and can smell everything, but this time, my husband even mentioned it. We'll still be back though.

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. The service was friendly but the overall efficiency and competency of the entire staff was mind blowing. Each drink came out separately, 10 minutes apart. I ordered a gluten free burger because of a severe allergy, not just because, and naturally it came out with a traditional bun. Had I not known what the visual difference was between the buns, it could have been very dangerous medically for me. It took a cool 40 minutes for a side of campfire and when it was FINALLY time to leave, the check was wrong. The manager cited he couldn’t fix it, the waitress had to. Not one lick of urgency or competency was in sight. My five year old could have done a better job. Under no circumstance would I recommend this location. None.
