This Red Robin location is nothing short of amazing. The food is excellent. I had a monster burger with garlic parmesan fries. The burger was perfect, with all the right flavors. The fries are to die for, and can be replenished multiple times if that is your thing. They have an allergen menu. For gluten free they offer multiple options and a separate fryer. The servers I have had have all been kind, professional, competent, and timely. The atmosphere is good but I think the music is too loud to be able to hear the person sitting across from me.

We had a great experience this evening. The staff members were wonderful, the food was prepared quickly and it tasted great. The kids love the bottomless options (even available on the kids menu) and I appreciated the vegetarian and gluten free options. 10/10 NOTE: I gave 5/5 for each category but Google is glitching and didn't save those category ratings.

My wife can't have dairy or gluten, we specified that in-depth to our waitress when placing our order, to which she acknowledged. Wife ordered a smashed avocado burger. Food comes out....cheese on the burger. Rather than offer fries while we waited for the fixed burger, our waitress just walked off. After 20 minutes of waiting, the "fixed" burger comes out. Regular gluten bun, no avocado...burger, lettuce, mayo and nothing else. Waitress only checked on us that one time, but watched her check on other tables multiple times. Never got their claimed bottomless fries and only one drink refill. We thankfully weren't charged for her food, but now I get to deal with a hangry wife. Not likely to return despite prior great service. 25 wait staff and most of them congregate in the kitchen area. Should've just gone to Cask n Company instead. Edit: went to Cask & Company, didn't regret it minus not going there to begin with.
