Had a wonderful experience at the Republic. For starters the waiting staff were amazing. Friendly, attentive and accommodating to my tables needs. The meals were most importantly delicious, with many enticing options for carnivores, vegetarians and gluten intolerant people alike. The meals were also brought out not long after we ordered, which was incredible given how busy it was (Fathers Day). I can highly recommend the share plates - my wife and I had four plates between us. We also had a large group, with everyone being happy with their meal. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Republic!
