You first have to find such an exceptionally lovingly furnished and run restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful, enjoyable and carefree evening. I myself am because Celiac disease requires a gluten-free diet. It's really not often that you get gluten-free delicacies like this in a restaurant. At STiLBRUCH I felt completely safe and was able to feast to my heart's content without any worries. You really know your stuff! Everyone in our group loved the great food and the overall atmosphere. In one picture you can see buttery plaice fillets with fresh crabs and Frisian sheep's cheese - what an unusual and delicious combination! There were also fried potatoes and beetroot salad. In the other photo there are three kinds of fish (salmon, plaice and herring) with mixed salad and fried potatoes. It was all very delicious. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. Thanks to the boss and her team and just keep it up! Addition: As convinced repeat offenders, we were at STiLBRUCH again last night. Again, absolute delight. You can now see the tomato muffins in a photo. In the other photo the 'seagull shit'. Walnut ice cream with a great mix of eggnog, blue curacao, cream and brittle. We had another very nice evening with a very attentive host! For us the best restaurant far and wide!!!
