We recently went to Lake Placid for a restful vacation as we had a very stressful 2022. It was just what we needed and being able to go to Salt of the Earth helped us relax. Some of us have food allergies and the Chef here respects that there are people out there like us. She had several thoughtful, composed dishes on the menu that were dairy, soy and gluten free. How refreshing for a food chef to acknowledge that 69% of the humans on the planet are lactose intolerant! And the food was amazing! International spices and flavors. And the staff was just wonderful! Artfully decorated! Highly recommend!
