It was a great seminar there. Very impressive house, beautiful surroundings with park and forest, large rooms with great views. Mega cuisine - high quality and delicious. What I found special is that all traditional eaters get their money's worth here with a small but fine selection and vegans are also fully catered for deliciously (which is definitely not yet a standard) AND it is also offered gluten-free in many variations and, above all, competently . The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had: really good bread, also gluten-free, home-baked and very good bread, cheese and sausage of excellent quality, but also vegan cheese and spreads that were simply good. Plus normal and vegan scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruit, muesli...everything is there.
Lunch and dinner surprise with unusual variations of classic dishes - simply cool... and delicious... Oh yes, there is also a very nice wellness area in the beautiful castle cellar...
