Dan Scotchie helped me surprise my daughter with a wedding cake for her elopement with very little notice. We ordered a vanilla signature cake with strawberry filling and white rosettes, and it was sooooo beautiful and delicious. We all raved about it - so moist and flavorful. My daughter's face lit up when she saw it! Dan also provided a gluten-free strawberry cupcake for me, and it was the best gluten-free cake I've ever eaten. Thank you Dan and Scotchie's Bakery for a truly delicious cake and great service!
