Scratch Brick Oven

The edges of the pizza were a little burnt, I wish there were more toppings, other than that the pizza was AMAZING!! BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!! The Gluten Free Cheese sticks were really crispy but once you broke the edges off it was good considering most gluten free crust isn't great

I hate to give a bad review because I have had very good experiences here in the past years. The pizza was fin nominal every time but this experience was very different. I know covid 19 has changed a lot of things in our world but this could no be over looked. I ordered a gluten free vege pizza and my friend ordered a regular personal pizza. The staff were great even letting me use the restroom after driving three hours to have there pizza for dinner. Ordering out the window was cool and sitting outside at the picnic tables were fun. The issue that i have is both pizzas tasted like cardboard literally. Why? the bottom crust was done maybe a little burnt but the top was pour dough crust not cooked. I was literally eating dough with veges. The only thing that makes sense is the oven was to hot not cooking all the way through. My friends pizza was the same too. Not sure what's going on with this business but eating raw dough isnt cool. Not sure I will be back now when I visit.
