Food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. The kiosk is stupid. When we entered, no one was around the counter and we weren’t greeted so we assumed we had to order at the kiosk. But after entering the order we found out you can’t do a gift card on that thing. So we had to completely re-order our food at the register. Then to pay with the gift card, there was no scanner, and we had to manually type the card number in ourselves. The staff seemed uninterested in helping. When our food came out nothing was correct. I have a gluten allergy. I ordered my meal on a gluten-free bun. I was given a regular bun, and nothing about the toppings we both ordered were correct or even close to what they brought out. This location needs serious allergy training, because luckily I eat gluten free buns frequently and KNEW there was no way my bun was gluten free, but many other people would’ve eaten it, and that could’ve led to extremely serious consequences to our health. Not taking the proper care for an allergy order is not okay. When we finally got the correct meal, it was good. I just wish the staff was better. It was also FREEZING inside. We, along with other patrons, were talking about how cold it was inside.

I have a gluten and dairy allergy so there aren’t a lot of places I can eat. I was able to eat a burger with a bun (which I am not normally able to do), the bun was soft and not too thick. Most gluten free buns are too thick and solid but this bun was not and I actually enjoyed it. I was also able to have a dairy free chocolate shake which was amazing. I don’t remember the last time I was able to have a milkshake that I didn’t have to make myself. Dwayne, our cashier, was super helpful and accommodating for all of my allergies.
