9/9/22 UPDATE Met my brother and wife again--this time with another brother from Maryland. While the food was still excellent, the service was VERY uneven. Our server was late with refills--no big deal, did not return to check on us for multiple minutes--no big deal......but the food did not come together!! We received 2 chicken parm dishes, 2 minutes later another--and 6 MINUTES!! later the chicken marsala and salmon dishes arrived. I had to reduce my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. When we are in Florida, Shrimp Boat Grill is the restaurant closest to the mid-point for my wife and I to meet my brother and his wife. We discovered it a couple of years ago, and dine a few times per year. Our visit tonight was typical--excellent food combined with excellent service. It was more crowded than usual, and they were light on servers--but you could not tell if not informed. While KB was our server---and did a wonderful job--the entire staff worked as one team---everyone seemed to be helping each other to keep the service up to their usual standards. I believe the manager? served us our bread, and helped bus our table. :O My brother and I are chicken parm people (cavatappi served in a separate bowl). The sauce was nice and spicy and the chicken was nice and hot. My wife had a Caesar salad which was good (but had too much dressing just dropped on top of the salad), and tried the Shanghai tuna, which she loved. I tried it and agree. My sister-in-law ordered the salmon a la meuniere (which is gluten free--though not noted on the menu). She said it tasted delicious. Leftovers--but no dessert--for u.
