Run don't walk to Sibaritas on McKay st. Pittsfield. We.Celebrated my wonderful husbands birthday there tonight with friends and the food was the best I've had anywhere local. It far exceeds any other Italian restaurant like grazies, Masseo or Marios..I recently returned from Italy and the food at Sibaritas is on par with what I had there. Also, my husband is gluten free and his options are usually slim but he loved the fresh made pasta tonight. Most dishes can be made GF. Oh, and try the Lemoncello Spritz. We will be back!

Absolutely Unbelievable! Almost anything can be made gluten free. The cauliflower pizza was the best I’ve ever had. Meatballs and smoked salmon salad were top notch!

I have Celiac Disease and I was terrified to eat something new that was "gluten free" because 9 out of 10 times it's not and I always end up sicker then a dog. Well I'm glad my husband called and he is my number 1 supporter and asked about all the gluten free options, how it's cooked, the whole questioner and process to make sure if we ordered I wouldn't end up sick within the first few minutes (it's happened one to many times). But long story short....first off the customer service was 10/10, they not once got annoyed, professional, and very knowledgeable about my disease and understanding of the severity and that alone was incredible. But the food!! Oh my goodness, the gluten free pasta with Aalfredo sauce and fresh broccoli were out of this world, and the flatbread was to die for. And the best part is the food was not only INCREDIBLE but no reactions to my gut except happiness and that's a rare. So thank you for your outstanding service and the most delicious food I've had in over 10 years.
