We visited Siempre for breakfast and were very disappointed.
Our baby’s high chair had leftover jam on it, which we had to clean ourselves—not acceptable for a sit-down restaurant.
My wife has gluten, soy, dairy, and nut allergies, and unfortunately, Siempre was very rigid with their menu, refusing to accommodate beyond basic side orders.
Shockingly, even their home fries contained gluten, and the only substitution offered was 3 small tomato slices—no gluten-free potato options at all.
Considering their premium prices ($100 for 2 adults and a baby), this felt like a tourist trap rather than a welcoming breakfast spot.
Would not recommend if you have dietary restrictions or expect flexibility.
