All the years that this place has been here and the first time I’ve actually eaten there. It was an offshoot of Michaelangelo’s in Kenton, so the food was not a surprise…. It was great. Between the group of 4, we had a calzone, a regular pizza, and a gluten free pizza. Again, all were very good. If it was just food, they would be a 5. However, the service was terrible. We ordered appetizers; after we waited about a half an hour, we questioned our server… she said that a big group came in right before us. The next 3 tables ear us were seated 10-20 after us… they had a different server. Table 1 got their appetizers and meal, ate, and left before our appetizers came. Table 2 got their same appetizers 10 minutes before us and their meal when our appetizers arrived. They left midway between us getting our food and leaving. Table 3 left the same time as us. Anytime we would say something, our waitress blamed it on the kitchen being backed up. Lastly, the place was so loud, we had to yell across the table so we could hear each other. So, I guess the lesson learned is to order the food to go
