Absolutely stunning place! 🤭 First of all I can’t skip the atmosphere - they’re co-renting a space with an actual jeans factory. You walk past tables with sewing machines, tons of fabrics and other things you don’t usually see in regular life, let along restaurant. For me it was very interesting just to be there and look how things are done! The restaurant itself is focused more on vegetables rather than meat which I, as a vegetarian admire. The menu is diverse and has plenty of vegan and gluten free options. My favourite thing was cauliflower fritters and hispi cabbage. You can also see how everything is made through the windows to the kitchen. Mocktails were amazing too 🥂 Another thing is absolutely lovely staff who matches the atmosphere perfectly! They’re absolute sweethearts and answer all the question about food and place happily and with knowledge. Lots of love to this place and I will make sure to be back with more friends! 🥰🌱

Wow! I feel pretty mind-blown from this experience. The food was absolutely incredible, I think there is focus on creating a relaxing and amazing experience both for all the employees and the customers, which I absolutely adore. The food was some of the absolute best food I have had in London. I adore that it's in a sustainable clothes factory, I love the different tables, chairs, I think there is a focus on local sourcing and sustainability for the food (and possibly for the furniture). There is such a big focus on veggies, types which usually don't get so much love in my opinion, also the sauces and the dressings were also absolutely excellent in my opinion. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms. Our servers were incredibly friendly, relaxed incredibly helpful and insightful, which we both loved. The music playlist was spectacular and the overall environment was fantastic, I felt like I was in heaven. Super-accomodating to coeliacs and I imagine those of gluten-free intolerance, many thank yous and appreciation for that. Also, bonus points for supporting and raising awareness for the "burnt chef project", which I wasn't aware of and having cool merch as well. I love SlowBurn, I think it's a hidden gem, and I definitely would love to visit again.
