Smashburger

The goods - the cashier was extremely professional and courteous. He was also trying to stock everything, put out floor mats, and clean the tables all at lunch time. Had three orders - one gluten free bun that was stale, dry and fell apart. Terrible. The bathrooms, men’s and women’s, were disgusting. Lastly, it smelled like they have t cleaned the grease in there ever. I wouldn’t really mind, I’ve come to expect this as the New England Good Enough service, but I had raved about SB to some friends. They will it be back.

Warning: Not friendly to allergies at all. I came in today for lunch to grab a black bean burger. When I got to the counter they informed me their card reader was down which is totally understandable. I asked if they had an allergy information sheet for the black bean burger and they said they didn’t know where it was, but that it was probably gluten and dairy free. The staff directed me to an ATM down the road so I drove there and picked up cash and came back to order. When I got back all three employees told me different versions of the ingredients in the black bean burger. One said maybe there was cheese in it, maybe egg? Not one of them was able to present me with any clear ingredient list or allergen warnings. I tried the website; even called a customer service line with no answer. Super dangerous, can’t believe how inaccessible this place is! Thank god there’s a Chipotle across the street. Why risk making myself sick because all three employees don’t know what they’re serving?
