GLUTEN FREE options! Very good too. More businesses need to have GF/Dairy free options. Thank you Sophia's šŸ™šŸ½

Came here for dinner with the wife who has to be gluten free. She loved how many options there are for her to eat that are not a salad. She picked the gluten free spaghetti (yes you read that right it’s not penne) and meat sauce. She loved it and said it’s the best gluten free pasta she’s had (hurtful as I own an Italian restaurant ) I had the chicken parm with angel hair. Food was amazing and the portions are huge. Pricing here is quite good I think. My dinner was 20 bucks for two Parma with a heap of angel hair, a side salad and a loaf of garlic bread. Great place to eat and I’ll definitely stop back here again.

Had lots of pizzas of all kinds from Sophia throughout the past couple years, since the opened, and never been disappointed. I am writing to applaud the new menu with Gluten Free Options added!!!!!! I am now allergic to gluten and most places around either don’t have anything, or if they do itā€˜s always contaminated and I get sick (and it lasts weeks in my case, very bad and not worth a meal). Hopefully this is not the case and you can keep a little part of the over for it, and not put regular flour for non sticking purposes. It’s been impossible to eat pizza around here. The lack of awareness of what gluten allergy, celiac, or even just sensitivity is in many restaurants employees it’s mind blowing, should be in training. Love Sophia and literally tried every pizza type when I still could, 10/10. Bacon chicken ranch was my favorite. We still get takeout from here for the rest of the family. Mexican menu looks delish too, would love to see a GF designation on next menu update so people like me can tell if there is an actual effort not to cross contaminate, like corn tacos with meat would normally not have gluten. But if a conscious effort is not made, you can’t have it. Love to see stuffed shells and other options. Again would love to see (GF) next to each one in the future Ahhaha I know it may not happen but it doesn’t hurt to put it out therešŸ™ƒ I’m tired of salads.
