Sugar Wood-Fired Bistro

The food was good and the manager’s service was great. However, the other employees seemed unorganized. Placed an order when we got there and asked how long it would be if ordering pizzas. The employee said it would be 3 minutes, which seemed oddly fast. Got our table, waited about 40 minutes and didn’t receive our food yet. I noticed the order was wrong on the receipt (I had asked for gluten free crust and she entered regular), so went up to ask for it to be changed. The manager switched it to gluten free at no cost which was very nice and one of the employees said it would be out in 4 minutes. 10 minutes later, it finally came out, but without the other food for our table. Went back up to ask how much longer it would be and noticed multiple other people still had not gotten their food either who had been there just as long as we had. Then I noticed the other food for our table had been just sitting up at the counter with a lot of other tables’ food and multiple employees standing up there, but not bringing any of it out. After asking multiple times and being there for almost an hour after ordering, we finally got all our food (after being told it would take 3 minutes). It really was great food, but it was not worth an hour wait.

This is probably the best gluten free pizza I have had in my entire life!! I am also vegetarian - I would definitely recommend the gluten free mushroom pizza! It made my night!
