I am increasing my rating because I sorta figured out how to order breaded chicken dishes gluten free after going back and forth with various staff and having to wait for the order to me made twice.
Here is the skinny that they don't tell you: they currently only make sesame chicken (mostly leg meat) gluten free, so you HAVE to insist to speak with the chef if possible, because the staff incorrectly asserts all of their batter is gluten free when it is not. They will put the order in and not tell the kitchen it needs to be gluten free.
So to work around this confusion, if you want something else like sweet and sour chicken, ask for "gluten free sesame chicken except no sesame sauce, substitute the sweet and sour sauce instead".
