Some of the best restaurants I been to. The waitress was so kind and good at explaining and making the food match our preferences and allergies (lactose and nuts) almost everything could be vegan and the recipes are local and great. I noted that they also have gluten free options

You don't discover such warm and approachable restaurants every day. Maybe better, otherwise it wouldn't be particularly special :) A son and his father who run the shop with passion and attention to detail. Nice employees too. Happy to continue in the same way! For me, Tassajara is one of the top restaurants in Hamburg, the same probably applies to other vegan and gluten-free friends 🥘🌮🍽️
