TLDR: Do not eat here!
((EDIT: Response to the owner- I know what "Bless your Heart" means! Extremely rude of you to say this. I may live in Minnesota but I wasn't born there. I know southern slang! I never once asked for you to comp my meal, I explicitly told you that I will pay for my meal. I told you "I ordered it and even though I did't care for it I am still paying for it. It shouldn't come out of your pocket because I didn't like it, I will pay for what I ordered". You refused, Nor did I say that this was my wife's opinion! My review is just that, MINE!))
This is located at a Precious Moments museum. A very questionable location. The dining room is in a small, unwelcoming conference room and it is extremely tacky. The "Live Music" is an old man playing Disney movie soundtrack tunes. In an Italian restaurant you would expect Italian dining music.
Now, let's get to the food... I ordered the Chef Combo. I took a few bites of each plated item on my dish. The pasta was cooked properly, the tomato sauce tasted good, the meat on the other hand was absolutely disgusting...the worst I have EVER eaten. I had the Tomato Basil soup as my side, this was very good, I will say that the soup and rolls were the only good part of this place.
The chef/manager (0 Stars) was constantly barking orders to the wait staff the entire time, which was extremely appalling. He also had my wife second guessing her menu choice which is terrible due to the fact that my wife has Celiacs Disease and has to eat gluten free. He does not allow the wait staff to give you a check with the total on it. The wait staff said he doesn't allow it. Completely unprofessional and appears to be untrusting of his staff.
If Chef Ramsey ever stepped foot here he would walk right out!!! The wait staff (5 Stars) was extremely pleasant. But, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this establishment to anyone. This dump is not worth your time or money.
