Great spot for brunch. We sat at the bar, which is nice and has a great atmosphere - open and airy with sunlight pouring in. We had the Two to Tango margarita, the Boom! Roasted! drink, biscuits and gravy (biscuits made that day), and the chorizo and egg bowl (gluten free). Everything we got was really good and our bartender/server was friendly and helpful.

I hope this review is received with the most grace. My wife and I had a reservation for brunch. In the reservation it asked me to provide any details necessary for our reservation. I had mentioned that I had a gluten allergy and that we were celebrating my wifes birthday. I had to ask for a gluten friendly menu ( of which they wrote down a make shift menu that was even not up todate with the current menu) and my wife's birthday was never mentioned. The lack of gluten free options compared to the regular menu was poor and the waitress couldn't even tell me what half the modified menu was. Maybe this is an opportunity for the chef to come and talk through the menu with me. I've had this happen at multiple highclass restaurants that didn't readily have a gluten free menu. And there was no gluten free bread. In today's age this expected of every restaurant I go to. Our cocktail drinks we were ordered were spot on, but the rest of the food and service was mediocre compared to the menu prices and the eloquent space. The waitress already seemed frazzled so we did not want to make our service somehow slower and worse by making complaints. My wife had the giant cinnamon role which was burnt and not sweet, other than the frosting. We both got The Usual and she got the reg sausage and I tried the chicken sausage both were salt bombs. Neither one of us could finish ours. The toast her order came with was unbuttered and the waitress did not ask if she wanted butter or anything with it. She had to ask. And then was given a apricot jam with no other options. She hated it. I really hope that this review isn't read as a complain gripe or with any ill intent. This is such a beautiful place and location that I would hate for such inconsistencies in service make it a less than desirable experience. The potatoes and eggs were perfect and I mean perfect. So along with the drinks there is enough there to see potential. But our experience made us feel like we wanted to leave early and try again, but maybe at dinner service.
