Four of us went to the British hotel for lunch. Three ordered the ribs and one order of gluten free snitzel. Two ribs and snitzel were served. The girl then asked was that all and we told her about the missing ribs. She said it would only be a minute. We waited another 15 minutes for the remaining ribs.
These ribs appeared to be cooked at a higher heat as bottom of them were tough.
