Fantastic service and a cosy atmosphere with a fireplace for the backdrop, and trees lit with pretty lights surrounding us outside. We were specifically looking for a cheese fondue in Whistler to warm and satisfy on a typical cold evening in a snow village.
The overall experience was excellent.
The texture however, was almost perfect and a gluten free option was helpful.
My only comment as a Swiss, perhaps don't expect the flavour to be the same as in Switzerland. The palate seems to be set much milder to suit Canadian taste. That was ok for us, but we would normally expect much richer flavours from the cheeses.
From that perspective, and to get a perfect score, may I suggest to provide an "authentic flavour" option as well to cater to international visitors or those seeking deeper flavours.
