The building itself is lovely. Waterfront seating for a large party was a plus, although we were disappointed to find ourselves on the wrong side of the building for viewing the sunset and the elusive, eponymous green flash. The staff were exceptionally professional and obviously experienced in fine dining. My relatives were pleased by the variety of entrees and adult beverages, although my German cousin was disappointed by the spaetzle, and my Captiva Salad was small fare for an evening's repast, with meager, dry scallops and shrimp and a tiny display of the promised vegetable garnishes. I know adapting your standing recipes for a gluten-free dairy-free eater must be challenging, but I'm guessing I'm not the only patron with these dietary issues. We all thank you for a lovely evening.
