First time visiting The High Pavement and wow, I was amazed. Being coeliac i was sceptical because I always am eating out. There were plenty of dishes to chose from, all were delicious, full of flavour and filling. Service was great, our waitress explained in detail all the dishes on the menu and was very attentive. The atmosphere on a Friday night was great. It was busy in there and we were a table of 5, but received great service. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Pre-booking is essential at this popular restaurant and for good reason. Absolutely delicious small plates and some amazing new discoveries. Recommend the spiced labneh and butifarra particularly. As a coeliac it was good to see several gluten free options as well as the menu specifying dishes that use a shared fryer. A few more options would be great though, especially a dessert other than ice cream (although that was amazing!) Really attentive service too.
