Tidewater Grille

Food was decent. Love that they offer gluten free options . However, my food came out very cold almost frozen. The manager was nice and took money off the bill. Overall it was a decent resruraunt.

stopped for lunch and everything was bad. I got a salad with mahi . mahi was bland. the kids chicken fingers were over fried there wasn't any chicken breast left . my son is celiac so we got a grilled piece of chicken and rice and I have never tasted more dry awful chicken and why give a child seasoned spicy rice. the worst was it was over $100 for lunch and no alcohol. the service was terrible. will never return.

We dined at this establishment twice. The first time we chose to dine out on the deck. The food was excellent as well as our server. I have Celiac Disease so finding a restaurant with Gluten Free options is limited. We were looking forward to going back and when we did, the disappointment set in. We dined in the indoor deck and were surrounded by large amounts of spider webs on the entire side where the windows are to view the Susquehanna. On the far wall where the Tidewater sign is there were more cobwebs which had eggs in them. Then we noticed the condiments. The salt and pepper shakers were filthy as well as the containers for ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. Needless to say, although the food was very good, the lack of cleanliness makes one question what is it like in the kitchen!!
