My wife has celiac disease so she must be very careful about what she eats as any cross contamination of gluten on her food can make her very sick. She ordered the steak and was perfectly fine after eating. The waitress we had was very helpful in her understanding of my wife needing to be gluten free. When we had a question and if she didn't have the answer she went in the back and found out for us. Also a great atmosphere.
