The flatbed uses low quality flour which is low in gluten so the crust is like a cracker, not good. The grilled squid isn’t grilled it’s broiled, and not enough so it’s rubbery. They deep fry the eggplant and chicken parmesan so the calories are super high. The salad was good as was the waiter.
