Turtle Jack's Mapleview

Turtle Jack’s is a solid spot I’ve been to multiple times, often before a weekly event with a friend. The burgers are consistently good, and the staff are always friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, and pricing is reasonable for what you get. One standout item I’d recommend is their New York Style burger—it comes with a thick slice of bacon or cold cut, and it’s seriously delicious. They also offer a gluten-free menu, which is helpful if you ask for it. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to grab a bite in the area.

My friends and I made reservations after a Zumba event. There were more than 20 of us. We were loud, excited, and full of energy. The servers were friendly and patient with us. My Italian friends said the chicken parmesan was "not authentic" tasting, however I was satisfied with the food. Music was at a suitable volume. The doors to the front patio were open, it was warm in the afternoon but by the evening time it was cold. When we inquired about closing the doors, the servers indicated they would not ask the outside guests to move to a different table and therefore would not close the doors until the guests had left in their own time. Make of that what you will: it was bad for us but good for the other guests. The experience was otherwise good. Gluten-free options are available on their menu.
