My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of enjoying a beautiful Saturday evening at the tiki bar for date night, and it couldn’t have been better. As someone with celiac, dining out can often feel stressful and overwhelming, but thanks to Vinnie, my experience was completely stress-free. From the moment we sat down, Vinnie’s knowledge and attentiveness made all the difference. He was incredibly well-informed about the menu, even down to the sauces, and took the time to ensure my meal was safe for me. When I placed my order, he personally communicated with the chef about my allergy and even followed up to let me know that the sweet potato fries were cooked in an area with gluten-containing items. His level of care and attention was beyond appreciated—I even joked with him about whether he had celiac himself because he was so well-versed! Beyond the outstanding service, the food and drinks were fantastic. The atmosphere, music, and perfect weather made for an unforgettable date night. Huge thanks to Vinnie for making our experience so enjoyable—we will definitely be back!
