Very nice culinary experience in addition to impeccable service. They were able to accommodate us despite my mother-in-law's inflammatory disease (who can hardly eat gluten without being celiac). They had very good knowledge of the ingredients of each dish as well as the probabilities of finding the allergen and the degree of intensity of its presence. We loved our evening and we will return without hesitation. THANKS !

I ordered the Shoyu ramen Tokyo Style because I was curious about the tomato yolk. But it's too mild to taste any tomato flavour. The yuba is shaped like thick slices of chashu. So this ramen ressemble like a ‘meaty' ramen. The gluten-free noodles are made of shirataki. For dessert, I had the vanilla soft serve (made with soy milk) with miso caramel. Eaten by itself, the caramel is deliciously salty. I’m very satisfied came for I came for their dessert made with miso.
