We've been interested in visiting Vais for a while now so we decided to celebrate our anniversary here. We were not disappointed.
First off our server, Nicole, was terrific. She was very personable, very friendly, and very sweet. We always have a more difficult time dining due to my wife being gluten free, however, it was no issue here. They had a plethora of gluten free options and my wife raved about her dish several times.
My dish was the vodka cavatappi with shrimp and it was spectacular. I highly recommend. The one and only complaint was that the garlic bread was too hard. I legitimately thought I might break a tooth on it. Still, not enough to dissuade me from giving them 5 stars.
We'll definitely be returning for another meal and I feel confident we'll be just as satisfied as our first time around.
