Went to the Winter Wander at Boars Head Resort where Visiok BBQ had a small tent there. I ordered the Illy Cheese Steak without the bun (as they offered no gluten free alternative bread) and it came in a small little bowl with no provolone at first. I asked for the provolone to he added and it resulted in a couple pieces of cheese just placed on top of thr brisket without it being cooked with the brisket. After spending $24 on what was a little over a cup of meat, unmelted provolone cheese and two bottles of water, I took one but and found the brisket to be dry and sour tasting. Due to the exhorbant price coupled with lackluster presentation, I'd have to say I was highly disappointed. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was amazing, but that was primarily due to the Boars Head and little to do with Vision BBQ.
