$26 for a gluten free pizza that was not even good is so upsetting and that was for a regular size one

Horrible customer service and care. We ordered a gluten free pizza for our daughter who suffers from Celiac. Fortunately, our delivery driver understands the dangers (and pain/illness) associated with ingesting gluten and informed us that no separate utensils, pizza peels, or precautions were taken to ensure a gluten free pizza. I attempted to resolve the issue and spoke with the manager on duty, who did not express any concern nor did she even apologize for this issue. She simply stated there is nothing she can about it because she cannot tell the chef what to do. it was a wasted $100+ order. never again.

$28 for a gluten-free 10" pizza with pepperoni, lite cheese and lite sauce. I was embarrassed for the people having the pizza after opening the box. This is it, they asked? Vivo should be ashamed of themselves.
