Minsky's Pizza

The Prime Cut pizza with BBQ sauce instead of the traditional marinara is exceptional and my wife really likes the Alfredo Chicken. A good gluten free crust is available.

From the management to the service. Excellent job. I have a special needs diet right now. They made sure and went the extra mile to accommodate me. Also they do it right. As a Chef and a former health inspector I appreciated it. Other Minskys are not like this one by far. Gluten, non dairy, meatless. Still had a tasty pizza. They make sure to let you know what sauces and or dips have gluten in them or dairy. They also make sure they have separate tables that they are preped and made on as well as baked. So you don't have to worry about cross-contamination. This is the way it is supposed to be handled. As a former chef and health inspector. All establishments that deal with food should and are supposed to operate this way. Even if it's fried food and you have a gluten sensitivity or celiac or even a allergy of some other. It's not even supposed to be fried in the same grease. If they offer theses options. They should have something specifically designated for these purposes. I really was surprised, and would recommend them to everyone. Ty for taking the time and care to make sure it's done right. ✔️
