Coming home in the less than wee hours of the morning searching the local Wawa menu, I challenged the aspiring self proclaimed, Top Chef employee to make me their first Bunless Burger (cause ya know I'm anti bread these days). I was intrigued that this was even an option and pretty excited. So after consulting with Wawa's Souderton Top Chef we agreed on the Garlic Aoli drizzle and I threw in the caramelized onion for flare. For a 12 am, gluten free snack, this was pretty damn good. The American cheese was diced and the burger could have been hotter, but actually not bad. I'm happy to have tried it. Good job Chef! Thanks! 😁
