Exemplary Service!!! Excellent attention to detail and care around extensive and severe food allergies. Amazing selection even with my food limitations. I don't often eat out due to my allergies, but Margaret and her staff were truly superb. I called the day before to ask about an allergy menu and spoke to Margaret, who conferred with the head chef on the spot to get the information. She was so kind and helpful that I immediately felt welcomed even before stepping foot into the restaurant. Upon arrival, I informed the host about my allergies so that the server, Miguel, wouldn't be blindsided. Margaret came to the table with Miguel to introduce herself and confirm that we had spoken the day before and was amazing about checking in every step of the way. Extremely enjoyable experience. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be returning. Thank y'all so much for making a usually stressful process so easy, comforting and a true joy. Awesome food and service! Stopped in for a late lunch with my wife. We had the fried green tomatoes appetizer. I don’t particularly care for fried green tomatoes but my said they’re the best she’s had. We tried the Whiskey braised short ribs with mushroom pappardelle and the pork brisket steak but substituted adult Mac n cheese instead of the grits. All was excellent. Well cooked and flavorful. The Mac n cheese is made with a stronger flavored cheese that I thought was excellent but some may not care for if your expecting the typical mild cheese flavor. As good as lunch was the best was yet to come. The whiskey cake desert was the best. I would go back just for that. It’s a toffee torte with a bourbon sauce, fresh vanilla whipped cream and spiced pecans. Our server, Carly, was on top of everything and helpful with the menu and ingredients. They also seem to be gluten free friendly with several items clearly marked gluten free.
