Whitecap Coffee

I’ve been going here for several years now. It’s always a 10/10 experience. I appreciate so much that they offer several non dairy drink options. Their seasonal drinks are always exceptional. As well as my usual, oat milk latte. They have vegan and gluten free food options which I really appreciate . A few times I have asked about the pour over coffee of the day. Every time they have kindly explained the different flavours and notes I can expect in the beans. When we order hot chocolate, and they see we have our kids with us. They go out of their way to make sure it’s cooler and not too hot for them, without us having to ask. They always acknowledge and say hello to me and to my kids when we come in. One experience in particular sticks out to me. I had forgotten to specify oat milk for my latte. She was about to start steaming my milk, and I said oh I’m so sorry I forgot to say oat milk! I want to pay for the up charge on the oat milk. I insisted a few times. She said kindly, no worries at all. It happens. It made me feel appreciated as a customer. We also get all of our coffee beans from here. This would definitely be my daily coffee run place if they had a drive through.

Awesome service, gluten free cookies!!! AMAZING GLUTEN FREE COOKIES!! Definitely a must-stop for celiacs with a sweet tooth and in need of some joe
