Disappointing customer experience. It's our third subpar trip (and the third location) so the pattern seems to be across locations. Out of our milk on the shelf and said there was no point in checking the back for more. The gluten-free bread j was looking for was "hidden" on a low shelf amidst a mass of gluttonous bread; it was previously frozen and someone decided to defrost it in a way that resulted in wet $8 bags. Those were the two things we came to the store for. Had to ask for checkout belt to be cleaned because it was covered in a flour-like white powder; this happens most of the time we shop here. The prices are going up but the customer experience quality is subpar compared to prior WF locations. Been shopping at this chain for 20+ years, but we need a break. We drive up from Dumfries, and it's just not worth it for these experiences.
