I really wanted to attend one of Toni's classes, she is a reference for me and all her work in transforming the pastry shop towards a more ethical and sustainable one is inspirational. In the essential and haute gluten-free pastry masterclasses we tasted and learned how to achieve incredible flavors... unique! As a vegan, it makes me very happy to know that there are infinite possibilities without ingredients of animal origin, and that they are also so delicious that they have no comparison. Thank you toni and the wild slice team for the warmth and everything shared, I hope to return soon to continue learning! Successes and expansion to all galaxies!!💚☺️
