This is my first time dining at Willy's food truck in Gold Hill and I was impressed with the food. I am gluten-free and Albert, the chef, was happy to accommodate. My burger with grilled mushrooms and onions was outstanding! After talking with Albert a bit I now understand why the food is so good-he's a professional chef and loves creating new flavor profiles. It was a sweltering day and I was grateful for the shaded seating area.
