Beautiful space, although the main area is open and quite loud. We were seated in a side room, which was comfortable and quiet on a Valentines Day, crazy busy Friday night. The food was excellent! We enjoyed the prior Voltaggio restaurant in Frederick, and this new place didn’t dissapoint. We shared the cold seafood sampler, which could be a meal in itself for two. Then the 45-day ribeye and a Brunello di Montalcino - both spot on. Overall, we are fortunate to have a restaurant at this level in Frederick! Side note: my wife is gluten free, and the shrimp appetizer comes with a grit cake that was the most memorable item of the evening.

Our server was Ashley and she was great. Soft spoken and holds herself well when serving. The sommelier came over and was extremely knowledgeable on the wines we were drinking. We had the pot roast, swordfish, rockfish, ribeye, and chicken with the rigatoni, spinach, Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and beef fat fries. My brother is gluten free and was able to dine with no issues. The dishes were amazing and the drinks were spectacular! The wye oak Gin came deconstructed. The espresso martini on the desert menu was to die for!!! It’s even served in a little “chalice”. The checkbook is a little hollow book to be made out to look like a bible. Through friends who went to school here, I understand they have brought in a priest to “deconsecrate” or “desacralize” the place. Overall it was a pleasant experience while fine dining!!
