As someone who has a gluten intolerance, it is so nice they have options that fit my restrictions! My first time orderering, I got the gluten free dough, it was absolutely perfect! Perfectly baked, crispy, honestly couldn't tell the difference from regular dough. However, ordered the cauliflower crust my second time there and unfortunately the dough was not cooked at all. Completely raw and I couldn't eat it. I was super confused. Not sure if they have a GF crust AND a cauliflower crust, or they are the same thing, because each pizza I had the dough was completely different. Boyfriend had the veal parmasean and calamari - delicious! Service was quick and friendly. Awkward parking lot, but will be back!
